Our Talent and People Operations team partners with portfolio companies to define and cultivate organizational cultures that align with strategic objectives and support growth. We develop people policies and practices that drive innovation, collaboration, and accountability, particularly within technical teams.

In 2023, we recruited over 100 team members, the output of a recruitment process that included review of over 10,000 resumes, 1000 interviews, and 250 reference checks.

We offer a suite of services to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent. This includes the establishment of scalable recruiting processes, sourcing niche technical talent from individual contributors to Board-level executives, enhancing employee engagement, managing performance, and fostering leadership development.
