Employer Toolkit for Families First Coronavirus Response Act
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act gives tax benefits for businesses and nonprofits.
– Tax benefits only apply to organizations with 500 or fewer employees
– Emergency paid leave up to 12 weeks per employee
This toolkit was developed for our portfolio companies to assist them in compliance with FFCRA, and we have opened it to the public. The toolkit includes:
- The U.S. Department of Labor one-page notice for employees informing them of their possible paid leave coverage
- A form template your human resources team can copy to your internal server to safely store and verify employee information
The form collects all the information and documents needed to determine what benefits apply and how the employee would like to opt in and allows you to review and store responses in an excel sheet.
