Chelsea Smith

Chelsea Smith is the Investment Operations Associate at Anzu Partners, where she works directly with the Managing Partners and Finance and Operations teams on a wide variety of legal and compliance aspects for the Anzu funds, as well as their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Anzu, Chelsea worked at Cooley LLP as a Senior Corporate Paralegal for 5+ years. She focused on corporate maintenance and record-keeping, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate governance matters and transactions. She prides herself on her meticulous organizational skills, her ability to maintain client relationships and she enjoys developing and implementing new and efficient internal processes.

Chelsea received her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Paralegal Studies, as well as her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
