Rebecca Chimwanda

Rebecca (Becky) Chimwanda joins Anzu Partners as Director of People Operations based in Boston, MA. 

Prior to Anzu, Becky was an Assistant Director, HRIS/Compensation and Human Resources at Merrimack College, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, compensation, and HR systems. Prior to that, she worked in various HR operations and HR management/consultant related roles for Broadridge Financial Solutions, UTC Aerospace and Liberty Mutual.

She received a B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Hofstra University.
